Agriculture is the last real estate vertical to be digitized, and we want to lead the way in improving the farmland ownership experience from end-to-end. From our unparalleled geospatial land intelligence platform to farm brokerage, management and loans, Tillable is here to make it easy!
We are seeking a remote junior to mid-level UX Designer that will collaborate with various business and technical project stakeholders to review and visualize requirements in designs and prototypes. This UX Designer will provide day-to-day support of development teams. Our design team is small, so you will have a substantial impact on the direction of the platform from day one.

About the Role
- You will be joining a small, but growing user experience team. You will make a critical impact and significant design decisions about the platform and ensure the product meets the expectations of our users.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Work closely with other designers, product managers, and developers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services
- Design elegant flows & interactions for an audience across platforms
- Give and solicit design feedback to and from other designers and product & engineering team members
What We Like To See
- Experience translating business goals and requirements into lo-fi & hi-fi prototypes
- Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, Figma, etc.
- Enthusiastic about learning from and teaching the rest of the team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask multiple projects at a time
- Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
