Duties:
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN):

We are now hiring for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team and to help make a difference and positive change in the lives of our residnets.
Timber Creek Village offers 40 total apartments. We recognize every individual’s physical, mental, and social needs and provide a secure environment that fosters independence for as long as possible. Our residents live as independently as possible within a smaller, more comfortable environment.
8 Hour Shifts with alternating weekends. Flexible Scheduling!!
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and administrator residents' medications based upon resident service plan that has been developed by primary doctor
- Record and monitor residents' medical and medication charts/records
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed
- Maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians
- Train and lead care staff
- Attend and participate in scheduled in-services, training programs, and staff meetings
- View incident reports when related to health conditions, and update resident service plan as needed
- Perform Dr. & hospital follow-up and facilitate resident return process when needed
- Assist in additional nursing services at the request of management
Qualifications:
- Valid state issued LPN/RN license
- Abide by all facility and State Rules & Regulations
- Experience in direct patient care and assessments/observation of clinical conditions
- CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid
- Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
