Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of floor staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Train and develop new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and replenishment
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with sales transactions
- Oversee daily cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions, displays, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in math for inventory control and retail sales calculations
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory control and cash handling
