The Amazon Specialist provides strategic and operational support to the Amazon sales channel, assisting in growth plans, managing PPC and listings, and forecasting sales. With a hand in multiple areas of the business, they are our resident Amazon expert. An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills are critical to success in this role.

Contribute strategies that grow the Amazon business over the short and long term, leveraging marketplace-specific data and general market trends to inform decision making.
- Assist the Amazon channel P&L, ensuring budgeted sales and margin targets are reached or exceeded.
- Carry out day-to-day operations of the Amazon business, e.g., new product uploads, detail page management, SEO, inventory replenishment, ad management, and promotional price changes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues via testing and support tickets, corresponding with various points of contact to reach timely resolutions.
- Determine Amazon channel needs for marketing campaigns, new product introductions, and evergreen content based on short and long-term business goals. Work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams to execute plans.
- Collaborate with demand planning and procurement teams to ensure supply is right-sized respective to channel goals.
- Translate short- and long-term trends, seasonal market demand signals into recommendations for demand plan adjustments to exploit opportunity, protect the business from inventory risk.
- Maintain Amazon weekly and monthly KPI reports, sharing out the state of the business to the ecommerce team and greater company on a regular basis.
- Identify opportunities for improved reporting and data integrations, working with IT to implement.
- Stay abreast of marketplace changes and current best practices, e.g., updates to fee structure, search algorithm, merchandising capabilities that could impact the business.

Required Qualifications: *
- 2 years of experience working in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
- Experience managing medium - large catalogs in Seller Central (50 Parent ASINs).
