Primary Duty
- Manage and own responsibility of all aspects of the branch’s profit and loss, sales, internal personnel, client service, and overall operations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and directly lead staffing activities in the branch.
- Assist Area Manager in reviewing costs of operations, forecasts, sales, and take ownership of your branch’s profit and loss.
- Oversee the day to day operations and performance of internal staff and allocate additional work hours as needed to fill orders and make sales.
- Assist with accounting and payroll functions in their branch.
- Assist with the development of strategic sales and business plans, operational budgets, and profit and loss forecasts and follow all accordingly.
- Conduct weekly branch meetings with internal staff.
- Brainstorm ideas for alternative recruiting methods as well as advertising and promotional opportunities by means of community events, fundraisers, or sponsorship opportunities.
- Investigate and manage client and associate complaints involving customer service, payroll, and general misunderstandings or miscommunications.
- Coach, mentor, train and motivate internal staff on a daily basis.
- Document all client, prospect, and associate communication according to applicable federal, state and company standards.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients, prospects, & associates.
- Provide timely reporting as required.
- Professionally answer phones and direct calls as needed.
- Interact with staff, clients and candidates. Staff members required to be on call as scheduled, work outside normal business hours may be required.
- Responsible for the integrity and consistency of the white board.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
