Team Members needed for Tin Hut BBQ!
Currently we are in need of both full time and part time Team Members for all positions for the daily operations of multiple Food Trucks and our restaurant in DuPont.
We offer a generous starting wage based on your experience. Our Team members now earn almost $22 an hour with credit tips.
BUT NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY BECAUSE AS A TEAM MEMBER OF TIN HUT BBQ YOUR BEST “ABILITIES” ARE “AVAILABILITY” AND “RELIABILITY”. Incremental wage increases are available upon completion of 6 month performance reviews. Comprehensive training will be provided as well as ongoing coaching and support. These positions sometimes require a small number of overtime hours for full time Team Members paid at the standard 1.5 X hourly rate.
Our simple plate lunch style menu involves 5 regional mainland BBQ styles of smoked meats, a variety of simple side items and canned/bottled beverages.

Employees must be willing and able to obtain passes necessary for entry onto certain military bases where many of our Food Trucks operate, also a simple process for which we provide sponsorship and hands-on guidance.
