SAP B1 / SQL Administrator
Job Summary
This role is responsible for understanding and supporting SQL projects and SAP B1 modules with custom enhancements in finance, sales, and manufacturing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Project Manage IT projects within Tingue.
· Work with Tingue employees to gather IT Project requirements.
· Track projects and keep weekly updates and report on week status.
· Create and edit MS SQL reports.
· Work with Finance business partners to understand costing process issues, delivery, and completion of orders in the SAP B1 system.
· Manufacturing debug of open orders, production process fails and warehouse issues.
· Daily troubleshooting of SAP B1 helpdesk, manufacturing issues and financial services.
· Change management and process unit testing of new add-ins, services, and upgrades.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Finance, preferred.
· Manufacturing industry experience.
· 2-5 years’ experience working creating and editing SQL reports.
· 2 years applying project management concepts to the managing of current and future projects.
· 1-year preferred experience working directly with SAP B1 9.3 environment in a support role.
· Understanding of software development life cycle across all stages of sale & manufacturing use and functionality.
· SAP B1 manufacturing experience spanning multiple core platforms including manufacturing and financial costing, BOM, Crystal reports and Query report writer.
· Knowledge and experience troubleshooting in a live environment.
· Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.
· Must have availability to support manufacturing during a weekend shift if an emergency occurs related to SAP functionality.
· Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
· Work is regularly performed in an office environment and is regularly exposed to dust and a minimum level of noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, calculators, filing cabinets and fax machines.
