- No axe throwing experience necessary. But if you are an individual who enjoys recreational sports, team sports, fitness training, outdoor sports, teaching, or coaching.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all procedures, equipment needs, and safety protocols are met consistently.
- Teach customers in proper throwing techniques so they learn how to throw to the best of their ability to have a safe and unforgettable experience.
- Ensure the facility, lanes and equipment are always event-ready and the sessions are flowing smoothly.
- Be the face of Tinman Social and represent our brand and passion for social sports.
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
- Proactively seeking out and solving guest conflicts quickly and courteously. Engage in guest recovery process when needed.
- Help create a team environment, encourages others at every opportunity.
