Analytics – Remote – Full Time
The Program Manager, Analytics will be a high-visibility strategic partner that supports the SVP of Analytics and Marketing Sciences with effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives across their department. They will serve as the right-hand person to the SVP, Analytics and Marketing Science, and will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining processes, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments as well as working with select clients. This role will report to SVP, Analytics and Marketing Science.
Essential Functions:
- Act as a primary liaison between Analytics leadership team and CS/client leads with key meetings and help with decision making - be an information funnel, filter and facilitator to help push the department forward for growth
- Partner with analytics SVP to help effectively scope and monitor pipeline and current clients using pricing calculator across the entire division
- Actively monitor and shadow at least 1 client per quarter to conduct workflow assessments to find efficiency improvement, processes and enable a stronger output
- Provide support to the analytics leadership with all operational procedures that will help better manage workload
- Engage with analytics stakeholders to identify, evaluate, prioritize, resource and deliver against the Analytics roadmap
- Generate insightful POVs and work with department heads on clear communication out to teams/clients
- Assist in interviewing for the department and vet candidates prior to group interviews for certain positions
- Maintain strong internal/external communication, presentation skills, story telling
- Work with Analytics leadership on ensuring all department documents are up to date: pricing calculator, case studies, onboarding, etc.
- Act as a liaison between the Analytics department and other departments to generate joint process, strategic needs and framework building
- Help create strategic work flow and improve processes around strategic projects and partnerships to deliver on division goals
- Work with Analytics, Client Strategy, Media Teams, Data Services and Product to develop framework leveraging existing Mobius Apps to extend usage and build new offerings for clients
- Lead the development of key Analytics leadership projects with support of Group/Senior Directors; such as, Product Process, Career Pathing, Hiring Process, Team Structure Planning, and general department growth
- Assist GVP with onboarding and usage of Resource Hero for time tracking of client-related work
- Assist the Director of Analytics Learning to manage incoming apprentices and form Analytics Coordinator bench
- Build and maintain some new pitch and follow up materials in tandem with SVP, GVP and SD/D/ADs
- Manage and facilitate ongoing discussions around Analytics support and offerings with new clients and OBX
- Partner with OBX team to streamline onboarding, building and maintaining proper documentation and best practices
- Help scale and expand Tinuiti as a global agency by ensuring best client practices, learning market needs, and effectively communicating Tinuiti's offering to incoming international clients, partner with Analytics leadership in M&A activities as needed
- Partner with Analytics leadership and marketing/sales to develop and update case studies (one per month)
