Tinuiti is searching for a Strategist, Programmatic to join our rapidly growing Performance Display team. What you’ll do: You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager and Associate Director to develop innovative programmatic media activation strategies across multiple platforms and channels. Your key responsibility will be to steward aggressive optimizations across campaigns that exceed client goals and expectations. You’ll stay action-oriented to seize each and every new challenge that comes your way. What you’ll need: You’re fluent across digital display tactics, best practices and have hands-on DSP and Ad Server experience; you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment; and you bring a collaborative mindset.

Essential Functions:
- Working in conjunction to provide strategic media plans, holistic recommendations and top quality services to multiple of small-medium sized Tinuiti clients
- Responsible for assisting Senior Manager day-to-day planning, execution, optimization, and project management of digital media plans
- Supporting and training junior team members on managing campaigns within DSPs
- Assist in preparing & auditing all client facing reporting
- Learn & gather information on industry trends & competitive reporting
- Nurture & maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with Cross Channel Account Managers, Paid Search to Paid Social, to create cohesive recommendations and holistic digital performance results
- Assist VP of Display and Business Development team in planning of new business or RFPs.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of digital media planning & buying experience with a focus on direct response marketing goals
- 2-3 years of hands-on-keyboard experience in a demand-side-platform such as but not limited to The Trade Desk
- Interest in being a part of a start-up division with hands on approach to all phases of the media process
- Experienced with DSPs, Networks and Site Direct Buys
- Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
- Experience managing campaigns with GDN
Preferred Requirements:
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and reporting such as DoubleClick is desired
- Working knowledge of CRM onboarding tools such as LiveRamp and third party ad servers like Flashtalking
