Financial Model Builder, FP&A

This position will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining new and existing model infrastructures in Anaplan. This position acts as an Anaplan SME to the Finance organization as well as Executive and Leadership teams. The ideal candidate has a strong modeling and GL structure background, can quickly learn Tinuiti's existing model structure, and will be comfortable modifying existing models while also creating new ones as business needs develop.

What you'll do:

• Maintain existing Anaplan models based on business feedback, including updates to underlying logic and build. Incorporate new functionality as needed and fix issues as they arise.
• Build and maintain new models for future phases of the Anaplan implementation and potential M&A activity.
• Translate existing spreadsheet modeling and business needs into Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
• Actively participate in and facilitate UAT testing and deployment with internal partners from across the business.
• Expand data options and data automation within Anaplan.
• Build proof of concept (POC) plans and translate them into detailed design blueprints after approval.
• Support Anaplan users during regular business usage to address questions/issues that arise.
• Identify business requirements and build user stories to support enhancements.
• Train new users on the Anaplan platform.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Financial analysis and modeling experience with a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum Level 2 Anaplan Certification and at least 1 year experience working directly in Anaplan
• Strong understanding of GL structure and basic finance principles
• Familiarity with Anaplan CloudWorks connector, Google BigQuery, and maintaining API data transfers
• Strong understanding of data integration challenges and solutions, such as ETL from various platforms
• Experience with system design, testing, implementation, and end user support/training
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
