TipClub, Inc is a business and technology company looking for an office administrator to perform various services for our business. This person should be hard-working, self-motivated and good with computers.
The Office Administrator position is based in Rochester, New York.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings and events
- Bookkeeping with QuickBooks
- Managing company social media accounts
- Answering phone calls and email responses
- Communications with business partners, clients, and prospects
- Provide administrative support in different areas of business
- Update Operations Manual and other company documentation
Qualifications:
- Well-organized, task-oriented and professional demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (BS a plus)
- Social media experience is a plus (Facebook, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn)
