TipClub, Inc is a business and technology company looking for an office administrator to perform various services for our business. This person should be hard-working, self-motivated and good with computers.

The Office Administrator position is based in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and events
  • Bookkeeping with QuickBooks
  • Managing company social media accounts
  • Answering phone calls and email responses
  • Communications with business partners, clients, and prospects
  • Provide administrative support in different areas of business
  • Update Operations Manual and other company documentation

Qualifications:

  • Well-organized, task-oriented and professional demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (BS a plus)
  • Social media experience is a plus (Facebook, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
