Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative – $15-$17 Base Commission
Hybrid (Remote and Office)
Florida’s emerging leader of lawn and pest control services, is looking to add an inside sales/customer service representative to our rapidly growing team. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and hard-working. This is a remote position that offers variety and flexibility as well as lucrative earning potential.

Performance Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 40 to 60 outbound sales calls daily.
- Effectively manage inbound calls.
- Manage high volume of phone calls, emails, and web chats.
- Explain the availability and benefits of our full portfolio of service offerings to effectively cross-sell existing customers.
- Deliver compelling reasons for new clients to buy our services and close the sale.
- Consistently exceed sales targets
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
Qualifications & Skills for Success:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Call center experience a plus
- Previous experience in pest control or lawn care desired, but not required
- Ability to work independently while meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
- Excellent time management skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
