We train our sales professionals at a rate of 4.5 times the national average. Plus, we have one of the most generous compensation packages in the industry. All of our dedicated teammates represent integrity in professional sales and deliver legendary service to our valued internal and external customers.

Our compensation plan is specifically designed to reward top performers:

• First-year sales professionals earn on average $40,000 - $60,000
• More experienced sales professionals can earn between $60,000 - $80,000
• Top producers can earn over $100,000

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consultative selling of our In-Home Design Program
• Promoting La-Z-Boy’s industry-leading products and services
• Sketching rooms by actively listening with creative problem-solving
• Actively prospecting and warm-calling
• Delivering exceptional service
• Working in a dynamic retail environment
• Participating in company training and functions
• Exceeding monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience desired
• Passion for people
• Eagerness to learn (coachable and humble)
• Ability to effectively communicate with teammates and clients
• This position requires work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Self-motivated and creative, show initiative
• Able to build and maintain relationships
• Maintain knowledge of current styles, color, technology, and products
• Military experience (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines) & military spouse a plus
