Essential Functions: | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for supporting Operations in creating, training and maintaining our safety culture | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for reviewing & tracking data / reports, identifying trends and action items | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for leading incident investigations, RCA's, JSA audits meetings and WC claims | |||||||||
EE will be responsible to train all employees to meet OSHA, DOT, customer and Company requirements including Safeland | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for managing customer specified grading systems such as ISNet world & Veriforce | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for the management of the electronic log book system. ( Pedigree ) | |||||||||
EE will be responsible to lead any insurance claims on behalf of the company | |||||||||
EE will be responsible build relationships with our vendors and our customers safety team | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for conducting equipment certification training to employees and customers | |||||||||
EE will be responsible for conducting field, facility, equipment audits | |||||||||
EE will be responsible to manage the PPE for the company. | |||||||||
EE will report out to management and ownership in safety and compliance performance | |||||||||
EE will perform tasks in teams and as solo both in an office setting and in the field. | |||||||||
EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional manner | |||||||||
EE will be responsible to maintain appropriate work relationships | |||||||||
EE will be responsible to follow all company policies and procedures | |||||||||
EE will be responsible to help out in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as needed | |||||||||

Education | CSP / OHST preferred. High School Diploma or GED required | ||||||||
Job Experience | 2 years in compliance and safety management required | ||||||||
Computer Proficiency | competent computer skills required | ||||||||
Working Conditions: | |||||||||
Physical Requirements | Long periods of sitting, typing, computer work and driving, Capability of lifting 30 lbs. repeatedly Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow. Must pass pre-employment fit test and UA |
