Position Summary
Titanium is in search of entry-level and/or experienced service technicians. With the support of our virtuous leaders, you will learn and develop your skills to execute residential camera installations, alarm systems, door/window sensors and teach customers how to properly use their smart home devices. Most importantly, assuring our customers have a professional and memorable experience with Titanium LLC. Our customers are the heartbeat of our organization, and it is important to keep them happy!
Qualifications
- Valid current State Driver’s license
- Clean Driving Record
- Reliable Transportation
- 18 years of age
- Experience with low voltage
- Previous work installing camera and/or alarm systems
- Experience and interest in using new technology
- Must have own transportation with Cargo room

- Dish/Cable Industry experience - strongly preferred

Job Duties
- CCTV installation, service, and troubleshooting smart home technology
- Install Alula, 2GIG, Qolsys security, and other home automation products daily for customers in your region
- Provide clear and thorough communication to customers on how to utilize each piece of equipment that is installed in their home
- Share new ideas and ways to improve the Technician Program
- Become a competent and certified Titanium Installer
What to expect
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to apply problem-solving skills as different situations/issues arise
- Possible overtime as needed as every day's schedule is different
- Ability to work in extreme environments (ex: Hot sun, cold, rain, attics, limited spaced areas)
- Climbing ladders, stairs, bend, kneel, crouch, and working on your feet for long periods
- Lift and carry up to 50lbs
