Position Summary

Our Warehouse Helper will play a key role in our organization. Responsibilities Assist in keeping track of all inventory control, cycle counts, replenishments, updating database, inbound and outbound functions, and communicating efficiently with Field Operations. May include but not be limited to, providing forecasts, costs, and improving operational management systems & processes.

Qualifications:

• Adaptability/Flexibility
• Previous experience in Warehouse Management and/or in a relative role
• Experience in Warehouse Logistics
• Minimal of 2 years experience on a Sit-down forklift
• OSHA Certified - sit down forklift
• Solar experience in Field Operations and/or Roofing/Electrical/Construction is a huge plus
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, time-management, and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and clean environment within the warehouse
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Field Operations

and back-office

• Assist in managing warehouse departments, inbound and outbound
• Assist in improving operational management systems & processes
• Assist in coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment Maintaining records, report

relevant information and preparing any necessary documentation

• Work closely and assist in overseeing Inventory, Purchasing, Tulare’s Field Operations

materials and building of materials for projects

• Assist in achieving results and process measures
• Assist in offloading, staging, and stocking materials with a Sit-Down Forklift and shift

materials with a pallet jack

• Assist in providing ongoing leadership, training, coaching, employee development,

corrective action, and performance evaluation as we expand as warehouse staff grows

• Pallet Packing
• Transporting loads & operate 16-20 ft trailer
• Properly strap loads on a flatbed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• sit down forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
• solar: 1 year (Preferred)
• Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Forklift Certification (Preferred)
