TITLE Boxing Club Lakevile/Apple Valley, Voted Readers' Choice Best Fitness Center (2016, 2019 & 2021), is looking for an Assistant General Manager. TITLE Boxing Club is an established brand in Minnesota and throughout the country. We are looking for a career minded Assistant General Manager who is PASSIONATE about fitness and is ready to grow with us! We utilize trainer led boxing/kickboxing/MMA classes to give our members the ultimate workout experience. Our Member Experience is EVERYTHING at TITLE Boxing Club!

Job Responsibilities Include:

*Day to day club management reporting to General Manager.

*Selling fitness memberships

*Prospecting potential members

*Participate in the hiring, training and managing of the staff

*Maintain a clean and safe club environment

*Meet monthly sales goals

*Take a genuine interest in our members experience

*Coach group boxing classes

*Work one-on-one with a wide range of clientele to help achieve goals

Skills/Other Requirements:

*Proven sales ability

*Bring a positive energy and attitude to the club every day

*Exceptional organization and communication skills

Required Experience:

*Minimum 1-3 years of management and sales experience

*Health club experience preferred

*While no boxing experience is required, the successful candidate must have a fitness level to excel in our boxing/kickboxing classes

Hours/Compensation:

*Full Time ranging from $40,000-50,000

*Flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, and weekends

*Base Salary plus incentives and bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
