Titmouse, Inc. is an animation studio known for its imaginative storytelling and high-quality animated content for television, streaming platforms, and feature films. We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to join our team. This role will be instrumental in promoting our animation studio's creative endeavors and our online store, bringing our brand to life in exciting and innovative ways.


Role Overview:

The Marketing Director will spearhead strategic initiatives that elevate Titmouse, Inc.'s presence in both the entertainment industry and the e-commerce market. This role requires a passion for all things animation and art but more tactically, it also involves an inspired and strategic combination of offline and online marketing efforts to engage our audiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Studio Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies that spotlight Titmouse, Inc. as a pioneering animation studio. Collaborate closely with creative teams to effectively communicate the studio's vision, values, and projects consistently and throughout all of Titmouse, Inc.'s consumer and studio touchpoints.
  • Marketing Leadership: Oversee and manage the teams responsible for social media and public relations, which includes providing clear marketing objectives and goals for titmouse, Inc. as a whole, but also on a project-by-project basis. Manage conception, development, budget, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs and collaborate with other teams as needed.
  • Digital Content: Curate and manage the animation studio's digital presence. Collaborate with social media team to showcase our creatives and their process, behind-the-scenes insights, and ongoing projects. Collaborate with studio teams to release and promote content on video platforms such as YouTube showcasing the studio's fresh styles while ensuring that content is optimized for both visibility and engagement.
  • Events: Own the future of Titmouse, Inc.'s legacy of innovatively blending offline and online campaigns to create a cohesive brand experience, which includes promotional events that highlight the studio's unique viewpoint and dedication to excellence. Represent the studio at conventions and other industry events to strengthen the studio's presence within the community.
  • Merchandise Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract fans and enthusiasts to our merchandise offerings available at titmousestuff.com.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and derive insights for refining strategies. Adapt campaigns based on data-driven observations.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong affinity for animation or entertainment industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, public relations, and cultivating online communities.
  • Understanding of YouTube and other video platform best practices, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills and adeptness in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for animation, storytelling, and creative endeavors.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to resonate with diverse audiences.

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
Annual rate will be commensurate with experience.
