JOB SUMMARY

8-4:30

Collects and analyzes monthly statistics for Medical Staff and organizational-wide PI processes. Supports Performance Improvement teams with data collecting and analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

  • Current Kentucky registered nursing licensure.

Minimum Work Experience

  • Minimum of three years experience in a health care facility

Required Licenses

  • [Kentucky, United States] Registered Nurses
  • Current Registered Nurse license.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Essential Job Functions
  • Collects data for Performance Improvement Activities.
  • Supports Performance Improvement teams with data collection, analysis and presentation.
  • Provides PDCA and JIT training to staff/teams.
  • Demonstrates computer skills adequate for proficient use in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as the ability to learn the web-based platforms required for other quality reporting requirements (such as
  • QualityNet, Anthem portal, LeapFrog, Get with the Guidelines, etc.)
  • Participates in preparing for TJC accreditation.
  • Reports trends in Adverse Patient Outcomes as soon as detected to the Quality Management Director.
