TKO StaffPros provides direct hire placements, long-term assignments, and seasonal production placements. Our Memphis Branch will service Memphis and surrounding areas. Our primary industry serviced is light industrial but also includes health care, janitorial, food service, and entertainment.
Position Summary:
- Seeks and follows leads to acquire new business
- Seeks out hiring decision makers and develops working relationships with them
- Designs and delivers presentations highlighting our services
- Negotiates contract terms with clients
- Successfully closes sales
- Works toward exceeding predetermined goals
- Maintains contracts with existing clients to obtain more organic business
- Follow up with recruiters to insure open orders are filled
General Purpose: Marketing and Sales of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services
Position Responsibilities:
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations
- Utilize CRM system to log activity along with documenting client and prospect information
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on unemployment, pay rates, and potential clients
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Conducts weekly quality checks with existing clients
- May be required to work alongside recruiters to ensure service levels are met
