About the Job:
We are seeking a well-organized professional who has experience in a home textile or apparel production department, working with overseas factories for shipments coming in, sample approvals, lab dips approval, time and action calendar, costing, negotiation and follow up with factories.
Responsibilities:
- Manage overseas vendor communication related to production orders – including sample approval, costing, production timelines, packaging, placing purchase orders
- Monitor production for all open orders to ensure all aspects of production are properly executed with the targeted delivery schedule and quality
- Review lab dibs, PP and TOP samples in sync with PD and sales
- Compare costing of different vendors and decide on factory allocation
- Prepare Pricing/ Costing in MS Excel
- Attend customer meetings with Sales team for Production bookings
- Knowledge of Logistics, Consolidation is a plus
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 4-year College degree
- 5 years of experience in production in a wholesale home textile or apparel or homed core
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
- Excellent time management organizational skills
- Mandarin or Hindi speaking is a plus to communicate with Asia factories.
- Tremendous attention to detail great follow up

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
