POSITION SUMMARY: Are you fueled by a deep passion for boats, ATVs, UTVs, and the joy of connecting individuals with the great outdoors? Our team at the Tracker Marine Boating Center is currently offering a part-time role with a host of great perks and benefits. We’re looking for a Tracker Marine Sales Representative to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This location is open from 9:00AM – 9:00PM Monday-Saturday and 10:00AM-7:00PM on Sunday. This is a FULL TIME (40 hours) position. As a valued team member at the Tracker Marine Boating Center, your role will involve assisting guests in finding the perfect boat, ATV, or UTV that aligns with their interests and preferences. Our unique sales environment allows you to work without the pressure of commissions and focus on providing world-class service. As a Tracker Marine Sales Representative, here is how you will provide world-class service to our customers: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · You will serve as a subject matter expert on our products and provide outstanding customer service through friendly engagement and listening to your customer’s wants and needs. · You will sharpen your product knowledge and selling skills by learning from available resources such as online courses, training meetings, etc. · As a Sales Representative, you will work together with a team of sales and service representatives to provide a world-class customer experience. With respect to privacy, you will maintain complete confidentiality of all sensitive & personal information. · We take pride in our cleanliness and presentation. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our showroom and its products. Review showroom floor to make sure signage and other marketing material is up-to-date daily. · You will use our provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool on a daily basis · Accurately complete all necessary paperwork required within the selling process. · Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by inputting documentation and following up with customers before and after the sale. · Participates in special events such as Boat Shows, Parking Lot events, etc. · Meets and exceeds pre-determined individual monthly sales goals which will be based off of employment status (Full Time or Part Time), hours and days scheduled, length of employment, historical sales, etc. · ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: · High School education or equivalent experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: · 40 hours per week with opportunity for overtime based on business conditions · Flexible schedule required that includes working weekends, nights and holidays. · Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages · Ability to communicate and build relationships, in a friendly and professional manner, with our customers, leadership and other associates Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system Full Time Benefits Summary: Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, our restaurants, world-class resorts and conservation attractions!
