As an Industrialization Quality Leader, you will: Lead quality engineering for new offer development and industrialization. Implement APQP and PPAP methodologies in quality processes. Conduct PFMEA to evaluate process failure modes and effects. Support process qualifications and measurement systems analysis including Gage R&R. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design and industrialization phases. Travel to manufacturing facilities in Mexico for major milestones.
What we expect from you
The minimum required skills necessary for this role: A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Must have work authorization in the USA. 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with APQP and PPAP experience. Experience in electromechanical or PCBA design highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile methodology and ability to participate in sprints. Strong leadership skills to work with senior teams and cross-functional groups. Ability to travel to Mexico for project requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
