GENERAL SALES MANAGER
SUMMARY
The General Sales Manager will have the primary responsibility for managing all aspects of a TMG Loan Processing (dba Max Cash). This key position will create a selling environment that is focused on customer service and achieving business results. You must have a personality and attitude that creates an environment where Associates enjoy coming to work every day and customers love to do business with us.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring outstanding people.
Coaching and developing team to achieve results.
Communicating, executing, and managing internal and external marketing and visual merchandising initiatives to achieve TMG Loan Processing goals.
Ensure adherence to all financial policies and procedures by staff.
Establishing and monitoring scheduling, staffing, and payroll.
Analyzing various business reports to understand trends and opportunities.
Managing all scheduling and payroll functions to maximize sales and productivity while meeting/exceeding company financial goals.
Requirements

High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Minimum 2 years call center management experience.
Considerable knowledge of HR practices, and customer service operations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to recruit, select, and develop the best talent.
Proven track record of results with a high level of business acumen.
Keen ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
Acute attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and efficiently.
Must have a high level of integrity

Revenue
Companies depend on revenue to thrive. The key role of a general sales manager is to maintain sales growth by managing a team that will meet or exceed target sales numbers. When revenue falls short, the GSM must determine a strategy for success and instill the tools and training needed in the department to achieve that success.
Management
The recruitment, training, and management of sales staff typically falls within the scope of a general sales manager's roles. Whether he/she is directly responsible for such activities or oversees them carried out by subordinates, he is ultimately responsible for the success of finding and retaining top sales team members.
Communication
Discussions about revenue, new products and marketing are frequent occurrences in the daily duties of a GSM. The three issues are intertwined and as decisions are made, the general sales manager takes the information back to his team to disseminate and discuss. Sales goals and strategies are developed based on the information gleaned from the GSM's meetings with various department heads.
Forecasting
Budget forecasts are a large part of the general manager's duties. Based on current economic facts, past sales numbers and future product development, the GSM helps management forecast the annual budget.
