Job Overview
The Manager of Inside Sales in the T-Mobile for Business Channel will lead a team of up to 6 Inside Sales Coaches to drive sales attribution and overall channel performance. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of Inside Sales operational efficiencies, productivity, and the T-Mobile Brand Experience. The Manger Inside Sales will lead a collaborative effort to ensure the assigned team is executing on Inside Sales KPI's and Program Benchmarks as this position is a key contributor to TFB's sales results. Has responsibility for hiring, termination, performance management and career development.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Is responsible to drive sales activities, manages frequent and timely business reviews, implements course corrections to achieve established goals, and focuses on continuous optimization of the business.
  • Analyze sales activity data to understand trends, forecast and make programmatic changes. Manages team of Coaches responsible for leading Inside Sales Representatives customer contact and sales activity.
  • Fosters professional development of others through coaching and feedback on results. Identifies and provides feedback surrounding performance issues.
  • Executes the Inside Sales strategy and ensures consistency across all sales teams.
  • Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, Learning & Development, and other Internal Teams
  • Provides vision and strategic direction for the channel and ensures that Inside Sales Representatives are informed and embody the T-Mobile brand in all customer interactions. Identifies strategic opportunities and develops clear and compelling case for action.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree General (Required)
  • Work Experience:
  • 4-7 years Experience in outside or inside sales, sales management (Required)
  • 2-4 years Call Center Experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Communication Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outlook, WebEx Meetings (Required)
  • Organization Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. (Required)
  • SalesForce.com Proficiency with salesforce.com. Enter and update Activities/Events; appointments, calls, contacts to ensure accurate reporting on a timely basis (Preferred)
  • Communication Superior listening skills, confident communicator; speak with clarity and positive tone (Required)
  • Business Acumen Candidate should demonstrate several key business acumen skills such as Leadership (trustworthiness, time management, positive attitude, self-motivation); Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail); Problem Solving (research, active listening) (Required)
  • People Management Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, demonstrated leadership, written and verbal communication (Required)

    • At least 18 years of age
