Position can be located in Bellevue, Overland Park or Frisco and is not remote.
Essential Functions
Requires competency in customer focus, dealing with ambiguity, championing change, building relationships, core project management and can-do attitude.
- · Creates and maintains strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Effectively utilizes these partnerships to drive project delivery while maintaining a strong sense of respect and trust on the project team.
- · Creates and drives project meetings and supporting documentation as communication and management tools to maintain project health, and to provide transparency to risks and issues that require stakeholder support and action.
- · Creates a project schedule through defining needed activities and resources.
- · Communicates up, down and sideways with key stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- · Utilizes own experience and the project team's input to define scope, and to outline the project workplan accordingly.
- · Helps others understand the impact of scope or schedule change.
- · Works with the Go to Market team to ensure optimal customer experience.
- · For promos laddering up to larger initiatives, works with the project or program manager to ensure accurate representation of the offer workstream in terms of scope, schedule and risk profile.
- · Proactively identifies potential risks to the project and puts in place mitigation plans with team’s input.
- · Adheres and manages to standard processes and change controls.
- · Works with the cross-functional team to establish solid launch readiness.
- · Able to identify, recommend and contribute to improvements of standard processes and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Required
3-4 yrs formal project management work experience
Must be proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project and Visio
Working understanding of and ability to utilize PM principles and practices
Great written and verbal communication skills, utilized with all peer and management levels
Ability to identify project impacting issues and work with more senior members of the Offer Delivery team to develop and implement solutions
Desired
Formal Project Mgmt certification (college certificate, CAPM, PMP, etc.) a plus
Education
Minimum Required
Bachelors Degree. Business Administration, Project Management or similar; additional work experience above the minimum requirements can be considered in lieu of.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
