Who we’re looking for Toyota Motor North America is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Events and Engagement Marketing Manager. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage and guide the sponsorship and exponential of the Lexus division. What you’ll be doing Manage close collaboration across all lifestyle marketing pillars that will result in better overall impact and delivery of the Lexus brand message. Strategize and develop long-term plans to support the key lifestyle categories of Health and Wellness, Golf, auto enthusiast, culinary, and travel. Manage overall multi-channel and multi-audience merchandising strategy, including short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans. Guide direction and execution of Lexus licensing initiatives and ensure they are compatible with the new merchandising strategy. Manage on-site execution of 20-30 consumer events annually including tactical plans, budget coordination, and ongoing communication with both business and sponsor partners. Coordinate and work closely with Connected Service and the Interface Team to bring Awareness to our Lexus Owner Benefits Program through our new vehicle technology. Integrate social media strategy during and after events by aligning event social media ideas with the strategic priorities of the Lexus Social Media team. Review and explores new ROI models resulting in stronger evaluation of programs and opportunities to kaizen existing initiatives. Manage a 20 million-dollar budget while creatively optimizing assets that can be used across multiple initiatives. What you bring Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business/marketing or a related field. Progressive years of experiential event marketing experience. A collaborative, ambitious approach to business initiatives. Strong Project Management skills required: must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments. Strong problem-solving skills: ability to adjust to ambiguous situations quickly and creatively. Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business events. Added bonus if you have Progressive years of Automotive marketing experience.
