Position Overview
This opening is Hybrid - It will require in-person training
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson who wants a long-term career selling Wholesale Investment Real Estate. We will teach you everything you need to be successful.
The Wholesale Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building investor relationships. This person will embody our core values in his/her day-to-day. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Market/Promote properties on social media and actively engage social media forums
- Actively recruit and strengthen investor relationships through networking
- Building rapport with buyers, overcoming objections, and successfully negotiating contracts
- Utilize and maintain network contacts in SalesForce
- Consistently negotiate the best deal for the company
- Inform team members of current market trends
- Continually self-educate on the state of the residential real estate market
- Actively recruit and network with agents in surrounding markets
- Act as liaison for buyer and seller communication and oversee property showings
- Execute contracts in a timely manner
- Ensure all parties in contracts are in full understanding of expectations
- List properties on MLS
Ideal candidate experience and skill-sets:
- Real Estate license preferred not required
- Existing investor relationships preferred
- Excellent negotiator
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Great problem-solving
- Ability to create compelling marketing ads
- Excellent time management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
