Job requirement:

Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for daily business operations, receiving BOOKING through the front-end customer electronic platform, email, etc., timely confirming the space, booking according to customer requirements, controlling every operational link, preparing, verifying relevant documents, and ultimately responsible for entering the entire ticket business into the company's business management system.
2) Familiar with shipping requirements, cut-off date and cut-off loading time points of each route, port and route timeliness, transit situation, stability, and report any special changes in a timely manner.
3) Pay attention to the pick-up situation of the fleet, coordinate the time points between the fleet and the loading factory in advance, try to avoid abnormal situations such as detention, overnight stay, and waiting time. Coordinate unexpected situations such as fleet dispatch and container pick-up, feedback to the leader, and track the information of arrival and departure.
4) Complete all business documents, ledgers, and records review work on time each month, and compare and verify with the business system to avoid omissions. At the same time, cooperate with settlement colleagues to provide the corresponding operation data for the month, and assist in account reconciliation and invoicing work.
