Your Role: The Mixer is responsible for consistently making batches of dough using some automated mixing equipment and manually adding some ingredients. This position will have responsibilities including machine operation, quality checks, production paperwork, back-up learning the team leader's responsibilities.

Our Green Bay facility operates three shifts. All shifts operate 24 hours / 5 days a week. May work 6 days/week depending on business needs.

• 2nd Shift hours: 2:00pm 10:00pm or 2:30pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift hours: 10:00pm 6:00am or 10:30pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
2. Follow all GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices).
3. Follow all PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment).
4. Follow all company safety rules, regulations and documentation.
5. Clean and operate all equipment in accordance with the SOP's. (Standard Operating Procedures)
6. Maintain control of all equipment and tools.
7. Responsible for following company policies/procedures written or verbal.
8. Operate a hand-held scanner.
9. Produce dough following production parameters to ensure that quality requirements are maintained and documented.
10. Operate all dough making equipment to maximize line output while maintaining all quality standards.
11. Must be able with proper training to fill in as a back up to the Team Leader.
12. Performs all other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required for the Position:

1. Requires 100% flexibility of wrists and hands. Walking, bending, standing and some lifting required.
2. Lifting of up to 60 lbs. on a frequent basis. Must be able to move heavy objects (100 lbs.) with mechanical
   device.
3. Must be able to read and understand the dough making daily paperwork as well as read and follow
   directions listed on the equipment screen.
4. Must be willing and able to participate in ongoing training for future Team Leader position.
5. Must have proven experience of mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in the disassembly and
   assembly of dough making, handling and packaging equipment.
6. Job specific training will be conducted by the Team Lead or as assigned.
7. Must be Lock out Tag out trained.
8. Must be familiar with SOP's.
9. Personal Protective Equipment: Hair net, ear plugs, steel toe slip resistant rubber shoes/boots, and safety.
10. glasses. Chemical resistance gloves, sleeve protectors, and face shield when performing shut down or
    proper attire during cleaning tasks.
