- Make guests feel comfortable by promptly acknowledging their presence and providing them with a positive first impression.
- Seating and Reservations:
- Manage the seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and organized manner, considering server workload and reservations.
- Keep track of reservations and special requests, accommodating guests to the best of our ability.
- Clear Communication:
- Effectively communicate with servers and other team members to ensure a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant.
- Provide clear information to guests regarding wait times, specials, and any other relevant information.
- Maintain a Neat Environment:
- Keep the host/hostess area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and manage the waiting area to ensure a tidy and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Customer Service Excellence:
