About the Role:
The Head Coach manages the day-to-day soccer training operations of the TOCA performance center. The position is responsible for all aspects of session quality, coach recruitment, and training and development, under the guidance of the TOCA Training leadership team. The position is also responsible for overseeing execution of all TOCA programs and crossover events. Trainers communication and output of the TOCA methodology, curriculum, and player pathways is crucial to success in this role.
This position is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role that works in coordination with the mission of TOCA. TOCA's mission is to provide quality instruction to enhance the soccer experience for players at all levels from recreation league, collegiate, and professional levels. This position will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with the TOCA Training Director.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure TOCA Training is operating according to the TOCA way, mission, vision and values.
- Measure programming success; create new development programs as needed.
- Forecast any foreseeable issues, changes or needs.
- Oversee and evaluate operations and training for All Soccer Programming.
- Supervise Trainers together with the Manager of Soccer Operations and review their performance and session quality.
- Develop, execute and evaluate all programs with assistance from the Manager of Soccer Operations or General Manager
- Create opportunities for all players to train, develop and enjoy the game.
- Work with the Manager of Soccer Operations to recruit and hire quality coaches to ensure that all players have quality leadership and training.
- Continual education and mentorship of coaches to learn the TOCA way.
- Assist with training sessions as needed/desired.
- Foster and manage relationships with soccer clubs, school and community programs with support of Regional Leadership.
- Facilitate individual and team meetings to discuss performance, training expectations, course updates and new technology.
