What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Manager position at TOF?
The Brand Manager for Los Angeles Trading Company is responsible for the development, management, and execution of the brand strategy and vision. This position works directly with the Creative Director of the brand and Owner to create strategy, establish workflow, develop standards and ensure the creative and business integrity of the brand are represented to the highest level online, on social media and through retail partnerships.
Premise:
- $60k/ year (depending upon experience)
- 40 hrs/ week
- Monthly bonus based off sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategy and performance for Marketing, Ecomm Sales and Wholesale Sales. Meet/
exceed goals.
- Manage all coordinators (Social Media, Ecomm and Wholesale).
- Create and Manage the marketing calendar by Month, Quarter and Year.
- Research, plan and execute trade shows that exceed ROI goals set.
- Oversee the calendar for scheduling content shoots and events for branding initiatives.
- Ensure all products are represented across all platforms.
- Complete weekly reporting for wholesale, website and social media. List actions and execute.
- Partner with the Creative Director and Social Coordinator to plan social media content weeks in
advance. Balance product representation, quality of content and diversity.
- Assist with the development of content for social media channels, including, video, flat lays,
lifestyle, influencer, organic customer content.
- Research additional services and tools to enhance the productivity of social media and sales,
execute implementation once approved.
- Meet all deadlines agreed upon by all parties. Communicate timeline consistently with the Creative
director and Owner.
- Strive to gain expertise in our industry and keep a high level of awareness of our competitors.
- Give critical feedback to improve the quality of LATC branding.

- Must be able to travel independently.
Qualifications (Desired)
- Managing and Developing a team.
- Knowledge of executing trade shows.
- Knowledge of Social media management tools (Planoly, Hootsuite, etc...)
- Knowledge of using Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Experience in consumer media and marketing consumption.
The above responsibilities are not all inclusive of the day to day tasks and requirements of the Brand Manager.
