Community Manager - MetaJuice (Crypto/Web3/Metaverse)
Together Labs' MetaJuice team is looking for a talented Community Manager to take responsibility of our Crypto/Blockchain community across our channels (Instagram, Twitter, etc.), with a special focus on our Discord servers.
Our ideal teammate is a community or social marketing professional, preferably with a writing background and a keen eye for inviting content, design, and creativity. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our community (crypto enthusiasts, metaverse players, NFT and digital item creators) and who can share our product offerings and team vision on community channels with a high attention to detail, but also someone who can listen to our communities' voices and keep us up to date on their thoughts. You should be able to develop and curate a strategy and plan to attract, engage, and retain users. For this position, it's essential to be up-to-date with marketing trends in cryptocurrency and the metaverse, as well as pop culture, news and editorial trends on a global scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will grow and engage the community during an active token launch, and understands what this means
- Enjoys making the community feel seen, heard, and engaging with them to get them excited about our team, products, and overall vision
- Responsible for creating content, online live events (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, etc.), and other media to keep the community engaged and active
- Has the patience to answer questions from the community as the voice of the company, and agility to supervise mods and ambassadors
- Reaches out to other groups for partnerships and close collaborations with selected influencers as ambassadors
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of professional experience as a community manager for larger or growing communities
- Experience in building and managing Discord servers, including setting up bots and keeping up on trends
- Analytical mindset and multitasking skills, and able to maintain, monitor, and analyze community growth and engagement including reporting on KPIs
- Passionate about crypto, web3, blockchain, and the metaverse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience writing content is a plus
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software to help create assets for posts
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to effectively communicate information to users ranging from hardcore crypto enthusiasts to casual gamers
- Understanding of and experience in issue and crisis management
- Ability to work collaboratively, or self-manage and organize as needed
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with Telegram, Reddit, or other channels popular in the crypto/blockchain space
- Skilled at writing scripts and/or automation in the context of social media moderation
- Experience in Gaming and Live Services
