Position Overview
Complete payroll processing tasks for business units. Process pay calculations, generate reports, and respond to inquiries related to our payroll and human resources information.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Payroll Processing.
- Support the year-end payroll process.
- Manage the payroll inbox.
- Construct all pay period reports.
- Provide efficient, accurate, quality service to clients.
Candidates with additional experience
- Process off-cycle payments including manual checks, bonus payments and fringe benefits.
- Maintain multi-state payroll and employee records.
- Audit payroll register.
Experience/ Skills
- Bachelor’s of Business, Accounting, Human Resources or similar.
- Highly organized and able to communicate complex solutions in writing.
- Experiences using basic excel functions.
- Desire to learn and gain experience in a corporate HR environment
