The role
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Global Express Division based in Altona. Working the AM shift Monday to Friday, your role is critical with coordinating the efficiency of fleet to meet network and customer requirements.

As the Fleet Controller, you will:
- Effectively direct, coordinate and supervise to achieve service objectives of the organisaiton
- Maximise efficient use of assets through coordinating allocation of workloads
- Efficiently allocate PUD fleet to meet customer requirements
- Communicate on a regular basis with internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance is met and facilitate continuous improvement of procedures and documentation
- Ensure that safety standards are met by all Toll employees and Contractors
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent relevant experience
- A safety first mindset
- A high level of motivation and energy
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment while coordinating multiple drivers and vehicles consistently.
