POSITION DETAILS
Full-time with benefits; Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Director with task execution specifically geared towards digital marketing.
MAJOR JOB FUNCTION
- Maintain, update and improve public website content, eNewsletter, email, social media and various advertising campaigns.
- Maintain, update and improve intranet and digital monitor content.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and identify trends and insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Assist internal customers with departmental marketing needs.
- Accomplishes all aspects of assigned projects.
- Serves as back-up reception in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
- Performs all other duties as required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree required, BS degree preferred in marketing or related field.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and Constant Contact.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
- Google Adwords experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to make ongoing web updates.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent human relation skills as demonstrated by the ability to interface positively with all customers and employees.
- Must have a high energy level with ability to work under the stress and exhibit emotional maturity, stability and flexibility.
- Must have proficient computer skills with the ability to operate within a Windows environment.
- Needs to possess as high level of intelligence, integrity, sense of responsibility and ability to comprehend and analyze details.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Duties require normal vision and hearing for both telephone/customer service and computer work.
- The Digital Media Specialist is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms and is required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel and crouch.
- The Digital Media Specialist must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Position involves frequent prolonged typing while sitting in one position for prolonged periods.

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 8:00am-4:30pm; M-F; occasional event hours
