We are looking for an experienced full time line cook who will run our breakfast bagel sandwich program. This individual must be a self starter who is willing to take ownership over the bagel process and help make our breakfast sandwiches the best they can be.
We offer bagel sandwiches from 7am - 10:30am every morning. Our bagel line cook is responsible for the following tasks:
The individual will have the ability to collaborate with the owner to make new breakfast specials. We want to empower team members to take ownership over their station and, if they desire, assist in developing receipes that they find exciting.
Must be available to work weekends with shifts starting at 6am.

- Preparing all of our bagel sandwiches and toasts
- Managing the bagel station inventory and informing management when new products need to be ordered
- Setting up the bagel line in the morning and breaking down and cleaning the line once bagel service is over
- Preparing the necessary fixing for the bagel station including but not limited to slicing salmon, cutting heirloom tomatoes, preparing scrambled egg mixture, preparing schmears
- Working with and assisting our FOH staff who are your support staff during rushes.
