Reporting to the Web Analytics Manager, the Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing TOMS reporting and optimizing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-oriented, passionate about data, thinks outside the box, can create insightful visualizations, and is able to tell a cohesive narrative about what the data tells us. Ultimately, the goal is to understand our data and identify risks and potential opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Reporting
- Construct Summaries, Reports, and Dashboard Visualizations across a variety of data sources to communicate performance to stakeholders in a consumable fashion
- Automate reporting across DTC marketing in BI tool, likely involving uploads to a data warehouse, potential data transformation, and uploading to our BI tool for visualization
- Collaborate across different teams and departments to build ad hoc reports as needed, and walk through what the data represents
- Data Management
- Regularly monitor & validate data in marketing platforms during extraction and transformation
- Look for opportunities to expand our tracking - from adding utm parameters to firing additional GA events and adding pixels
- Routinely extract data in various formats from a diverse set of platforms, verifying the data, uploading it to BI tools, and creating reports
- Collaborate with Analytics team & Web team to scope out the implementation of GA4, including mapping out events, parameters, and dimensions that would be helpful to have data continuity and enhance ecommerce tracking
- Compile & maintain a comprehensive timeline of marketing tests, whether CRO website tests, mixed market channel tests, channel tactic tests, etc, and develop test summaries that include the size of test, statistical significance, incremental value, potential pollution sources, and any learnings or lack thereof
- Provide input on methodology, measurement, and requirements of testing strategies to support constant testing & optimization
What You Bring:
- Commitment to making kindness in business a standard
- 2-3 years of demonstrated application experience in business analysis, digital analytics, and/or marketing analytics
- Degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data transformation
- Experience creating Dashboards and Reports in various tools
- BI tool and SQL query experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail required
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills required
