Administrative Assistant to the Property Management department

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our property managers and property management department, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Proficiency in MS Office

Multitask

Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

Assist in collecting all monies owed from tenants and stay on top of lawyers collecting money, notifications to tenants , money picked up at buildings, follow procedures.

Assist with Violation and code compliance.Service contracts , inspectors, all testing, elevator, water, fire alarm

Doormen : make sure they are wearing their uniform and know proper procedures

All spreadsheet logs are to be kept track of and updated such as rentals , maintenance , utility , violations,warranties and building compliance.

Walking the buildings once a week and making sure building is in excellent condition , that supers are doing their jobs as well as doormen .
