Overview
You will support Tonal’s Hardware Integrity team, including Field Failure Analysis, Safety, Reliability and Regulatory Compliance. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and execute reliability tests for new products and in-market products. You will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Customer Success and Field operations to analyse product performance, help reduce field and install failures and drive engineering actions to contain, analyze root cause and correct design and manufacturing issues.
This position will require international travel.
