What are the responsibilities and job description for the Curbside Budtender position at Top Crop?
We are looking for a Curbside Budtender who has excellent customer service experience. This position's responsibilities include checking in customers, guiding customers to the correct products, open and closing the store, and providing the best possible customer service. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in a retail or sales environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Performing ID checks
- Manage online orders
- Inform customers about products we provide with an in depth knowledge
- Answering customer phone calls
- Efficiently run our POS system
- Continuously educate the customer on cannabis products
- Be able to handle and understand medical patients needs
- Greet and welcome customers
- Share firsthand experiences of cannabis products
- Understanding state compliance
- You should also be able to answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
Skills
- Work Experience in sales, retail or customer service
- Experience with POS systems
- Cash Handling
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous cannabis experience a plus
