We are looking for a candidate who has a firm grasp on marketing, economics, and business practices, as well as the ability to communicate and discuss these principals with clients. You should be persuasive with a history in marketing or service and have excellent interpersonal skills. Top Drawer Media’s sales executives work hard to answer questions clients have and make recommendations for success. To fit in, you must be just as committed to helping others and working hard.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and networked business development and sales professional who has knowledge of the print advertising process and is networked with agencies representing potential partners for Top Drawer Media. This contract-based, commission-only, position will report directly to Top Drawer Media’s CEO and Publisher.

Job Responsibilities

· Strategize with sales team members to plan and execute multimedia marketing campaigns

· Communication (e.g., presenting, meetings, speaking, building presentations)

· Motivated and enthusiastic with a commitment to succeed

· Professional, business focused manner

  • Translate advertisers marketing goals into must-buy proposals

· Attention to detail and an enthusiasm for new ideas and challenges

· Ability to influence and communicate with colleagues in other offices, both nationally and globally

· Partner with Client Solutions/Market Development, Key Account Digital Specialist and Account Manager(s) on day-to-day activities within account base

· Adhere to business directives required by management maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales database

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 years of advertising experience in digital or out of home

· Good communication skills in English is essential

· A reliable car, good driving record, and applicable insurance so that the territory can be served

Preferred:

· Bachelor's and University Degree in Marketing, Education, Advertising, Business, Communication, Communications, MBA, Technical, Associates, Web Development

· Knowledge of print publication advertising

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
