Job Description
Japanese Food Manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Position: Sales Assistant

Pay: $21-24/hr (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Full time / Direct hire
Responsibilities:
▪ Generates Daily Sales Report and email to salesperson daily
▪ Updates monthly Sales Report on Excel (macro)
▪ Generates sales invoices
▪ Generates various reports
▪ A/R cash & check receipt entry
▪ Responds to customer’s inquiry
▪ Prepares and mails out monthly statements to customers
▪ Reviews purchasing records and assists in reconciling and planning inventory balances
▪ Update inventory and other inventory items
▪ Performs any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Two- or Four-Years College Degree or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
• Effective oral and written communication skills required
• Must be an adaptable team player with customer service orientation
• Must be an analytical problem solver with attention to detail
