We are looking for a competent Regional Account Executive to find new Automotive Dealer business opportunities and manage customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Automotive Sales industry. We expect you to be a reliable professional and have a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through existing relationships, networking and any prior relationships
  • Manage entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Be available to travel with 1-2 weeks notice (Must be a road warrior!)
  • Host on-site Career Fairs
  • Facilitate on-site interviews and training
  • Follow-up with clients to better understand their ongoing staffing needs after the initial sale

Skills

  • MUST have prior Automotive sales experience
  • Knowledge of the Automotive market, sales skills
  • Be proficient in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Automotive Sales Agents: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Required)

Work Location: On the road
