- Managing multiple large projects
- Client/Business Retention and Development
- track financial goals – scope schedule, and budget.
- monitoring staff in the office, setting career goals and providing employee evaluations.
- Interview/Coordinate new hires

What Experience must you have?
- Min 5 Years’ experience in Project Management in a client facing role
- P.E. Certification strongly preferred.
- Transportation/Highway Engineering experience strongly preferred.
- Experienced with Leading and Directing Teams
- A strong track record of success in Business Development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar field

Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
