What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Top Hat Home Services?
Your Role—
The Project Manager oversees the onboarding and execution of multiple projects within our service department, on behalf of our clients.
This new position provides an opportunity to set the standard for our formal client onboarding procedures. You will be an integral part of our service delivery team from day one by creating trusted relationships with new clients and ensuring their home projects proceed on time and on budget.
Many of our clients are first-time homeowners and having your advice and expertise gives them peace of mind that their biggest investment is in good hands.
How You’ll Do It—
- Meet with new clients to assess and inventory their home and fully understand the homeowner’s service requirements.
- Enter new client’s house specifications, photos, and client information/ requirements into Client database.
- Assist Sr Managers with completing new client initial review reports.
- Create templates for monthly preventative maintenance visits (i.e., monthly inspections, extermination, tasks, etc.)
- Work closely with account management on setting up client service requests and immediate requests for vendor services.
- In conjunction with account management, create proposals for small and mid-sized contracting projects (ie handyman, vendors).
Required Skills:
Highly organized, customer service oriented, and innate ability to multi-task effortlessly.
Experience working on high end residential projects.
Experience offering the highest level of customer service for high end properties/clientele.
Computer literacy, including proficiency with industry relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to act proactively, independently and with minimal supervision.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Project/Property Management or House Management.
