Top Pitch Roofing and Construction has been in business since 2014 as a general contractor renovating 500 residential properties a month covering all the United States. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Houston team.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager for residential properties
- Ability to manage crews in the day-to-day tasks of construction projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal individuals and external Clients, and Subcontractors
- Experience using Project Scheduling Software.
- Must be able to multi-task on multiple projects
Duties:
· Oversight of the creation and monitoring of Project Schedules and production of progress updates.
· Assuring projects are completed on or before due date for our clients.
- Participate in Monthly meetings as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
