Job Purpose: • This position will centralize master data management facilitating end to end processes and ownership • Main activities include reviewing operations data, building reports based on findings and recommending improvements. • Supporting application upgrades, gathering and analyzing data to deliver business requirements for proposed projects, and or application change management. • Optimize daily operations activities as needed % Time Core Job Duties Job Level** 30 Master Data Management Responsible for the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of Sales and Operations related master data in the SAP ERP system. Includes participation in the ECO process and supporting data maintenance in accordance with business rules that ensure system integrity. Help resolve data quality issues. Participate in initiatives that enable data quality in other key systems. 25 Data Analytics Develop and maintain metrics, KPI’s, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports related to various operations functions using Excel, Power BI, SAP and other applicable systems and tools. 25 SAP Key User Support Participate in requirements gathering sessions related to process improvements and system enhancements. Provide process and training documentation as required. Collaborate with cross functional key users to perform testing during system releases. 10 Cycle Count Program Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage cycle counting, inventory strategy and analysis 10 Operations Support Assist functional areas with tasks related to Production Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Education and Experience: 2-3 years’ experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or other related fields Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: Apply knowledge of policies, processes, and concepts Understanding of business applications and cross functions Analytical, organized, self-starter that can prioritize effectively and strives to learn and grow professionally Ability to interact and collaborate with varying roles and responsibilities cross functionally Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP IBP, other ERP products Physical Requirements: Click or tap here to enter text.
